INTRODUCTION
Solve Problems and Make Decisions at Operations Level is a generic work skills programme designed to providelearners with the techniques in effective problem-solving and decision-making. This course inspires learners to solve problems using creative and logical thinking to be able to understand the underlying issues and identify theroot causes of problems. This course also provides the learners with a variety of tools in generating and evaluating proposed solutions and provides ways on how to address recurring problems.

MODE OF DELIVERY
Face-to-Face: 15 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) consist of lectures, interactive activities, role plays, group discussions, and self assessments/tests, either conducted in-house or on-site (Corporate Trainings)

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4
AWARD CRITERIA
Students must successfully pass all written and oral assessments to achieve competency in the course. Learners who are certified competent will be given a Statement of Attainment (SoA) by the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) / Skillsfuture Singapore (SSG)
