WSQ- Service Planning & Implementation

Service Planning & Implementation (RET-CEX-1016-1.1) 

INTRODUCTION

The overall course objective of this module is to prepare participants to recognise the role that one plays in the service value chain, by utilising organisational service operations resources and communicate effectively in the team, so as to escalate and follow up with action on the service performance issues that affect the organisation’s service standards for improvement a service excellence

PROGAMME DURATION

Training : 14 Hours, Assessment : 2 Hours, Total: 16 Hours

MODE OF DELIVERY

Face-to-Face: 16 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) consist of lectures, interactive activities, role plays, group discussions, and self assessments/tests, either conducted in-house or on-site (corporate trainings)

ASSESSMENT MODES AND SCHEDULE

Role Play& Oral Questions (Day 3)

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS 

Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4

AWARD CRITERIA 

Students must successfully pass all assessments to achieve competency in the course. Learners who are certified competent will be given a Statement of Attainment (SoA) by the Workforce Development Agency (WDA)
