Develop Personal Effectiveness is a generic work skills programme designed to developcertain employability and life skills such as effective time management, goal-setting, stress and personal finance management, etc. This course facilitates the development of an individual so they are able to better manage their personal lives and careers efficiently.
This course also inculcates a positive self-image and enables learners to discover personal attributes and interestsso thatthey are able to adapt well to changes in the workplace, meet work demands and conquer life/work challenges.
16 hours – Assessment hours: 2 Training hours: 14
MODE OF DELIVERY
Face-to-Face: 14 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) consist of lectures, interactive activities and group discussions, either conducted in-house or on-site (corporate trainings)

Written Assessment Case Study
Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4
Students must successfully pass all written assessments (WA & Case Study) to achieve competency in the course. Learners who are certified competent will be given a Statement of Attainment (SoA) by the Workforce Development Agency (WDA).
